Yeah I'm mates with Yaro, I used to do a bit of work with him last year while he was preparing his Blog Mastermind program. I did a little bit of outsourcing for that in terms of editing services but finding writers seems to be out of my grasp for some reason.</description>

Also, I watched Mike Filsaime's video on Hiring and he recommends that you place a keyword in your job description that candidates must use in their responses. By candidates using the keyword, it ensures that they read your job description.</description>
